^ THATS WHATS UP LS1 twin tubo
I wonder how much that cost
there should be a thread that show what you can do for $5k , $8k, $10k, $12k, $15k, and $20k
I wonder if its better to just build the vq and supercharge it or turbo it
or do a engine swap

Cost will always depend on how crazy you want to go, and how capable you are to do work yourself.... Example if you have to pay other people to fabricate mounts and brackets and other miscellaneous things the price will be driven up.... Look for SnyperZ thread for the LS2 swap... And I think the q45 block was a talked about swap in the past also... I wish I had more knowledge of the cost of these swaps but I'm sure everything is going to be upwards of 6k

Break down....
Engine and transmission 3k-4k and it could be higher
Mounts and brackets 500-1500
Ecu, harness, some type of aftermarket tuner 500-1000
Other hardware ...radiator, exhaust, driveshaft...etc. 1k
Labor ... Welding, mounting, tuning etc...1k

Hope other people chime in with more info

Smartest swap which I'm personally looking into: 2JZ. Search 2jz g35 and you will see a whole thread about it, parts, dyno, everything. The price- forgetaboutit! (italian way) lol. Meaning very well priced. Try 4k with installation!!!!

I really recommend doing this 2jz swap if you can. As you can see, those people know what they're doing. Besides, 2JZ is a legend motor-you cant go wrong.

I find it hard to believe that the motor in this link was only 4K with installation
