Depends on if you have a rev-up engine or not, look at your front timing chain cover, left side is a non-revup right side is a rev-up.
Rev up engines were put in 2005-2007 6MT equipped cars, non revup came in all 2003-2004 and 2005-(2006 sedan, 2007 coupe) with the 5AT.
Left side is the non-rev, right side is the rev up.
You need to use the same engine that's in your car.
