Ive gotta get some new tires for my oem 19s i bought em off a guy that had nanskangs on them so theyre coming off. im leaning toward the hankook ventus v12 evos. i need the tires i get to last a while, my kumho ecastas have like 40-50k on them so i’d like to get at least that out of the tires i buy. any insight from you guys would be awesome.

Stick with what works for you Mueller, I've never had a set of tires that lasted much over 30K miles on any car....I do love my sticky tires.

I have the Hankooks, they are great fun, but I get a lot of sidewall wear from AutoX and other modes of extreme handling. Seem to be holding up ok. DON'T USE THEM IN SNOW OR ICE EVER. Obviously, this is only a concern if you leave 'Bama...

yeah the nankangs are too cheap. do the Conti’s handle well and approx how many miles are on them/ do you think you’ll get out of them?

yes ive heard great things about there handling. and it rarely ices/snows in bama so its not a major concern - but still a slight concern

I only believe in one tire, Michelin's. Any time I've strayed from them I've got burned....Goodyears had cracked sidewalls and failed.....Bridgstones only lasted 10K miles/1 year. Currently I'm using Michelin PS2s, not sure they're worth the extra $$ but the traction wet and dry is incredible. I've always had good results from all my Michelin's.
