I did this using a caliper spray I got at my local auto parts store (2nd or 3rd car I've done this on) IMHO, the finished product doesn't depend nearly as much on the particular paint you use as much as it does on your prep work.

I spent probably 2 hours on each caliper w/ my dremel grinding the outer surfaces till they were smooth, then applied 3 coats of the spray (taped off surrounding, took off calipers to take out pads but put back on w/ 1 bolt, under a sheet so as not to get overspray all over my car, quite a sight) to each one and a year and a half later they are still as glossy as day 1.

I also purchased decals from an ebay retailer intended for S2000 calipers, I've emailed her asking if she makes any for Infiniti and if not I'm willing to aid her in designing some, anybody interested?

Sorry to add Honda paraphanailia to your board but we just bought my wife an '04 G35 Coupe and this will probably be my first mod to it.
