This may be a dumb question, maybe not...

I have the TEIN H-Tech springs and aftermarket wheels. I have the necessary tools (wheel lock key, stock lug nuts 1/2-3/8' fitting, breaker bar, air compressor, tire pressure gage, etc...) with me at all times, in a *magical* super secret hiding place, incase I get a flat tire... BUT...

...what happens if the rear tire gets a flat? Will I be able to get the stock jack under my car and be able to jack it up after the suspension is lowered? Should I put a couple of 18" long 2x4's in my trunk just incase I need to pull the rim of the flat tire up onto them?

Anyone experienced this yet? Also, I'm fully aware that I have road side assistance, but don't want to wait for hours to have someone tow my car and risk damaging it just because I didn't change my own tire.

is your car that low that you can't get the jack under? From the pic, it looks like it'll clear the jack...

I haven't tried letting all of the air out of my tire and seeing if I could place the jack under the frame. I was hoping that someone else with lowering springs might have already had a flat tire and would be able to let me know if they encountered any problems, or if they had ample room.

 

The H-techs only lower the car about an inch, so you shouldn't have any problems w/ it.......especially w/ the stock jack.

put the jack under the rear jack support with it fully compressed. measure the distance between the two and see if it is greater than the sidewall height of yer tire. if so, you are in the clear. in any case, i don't think you'll have a problem since the car isn't lowered much.

I've got the Eibachs that dropped the car just over an inch. Had a flat in my garage and was able to put the stock jack under the car with no prob

You shouldn't have any problem with jacking up your car.
