Any Dealers in the US Discounting off MSRP ?
Any Dealers in the US Discounting off MSRP ?
I've been to three Infinit dealerships of varying size. The largest of them had 16! cars sold off their allocation till June. The other two dealers typically had the coupes sold before the truck would arrive...
That's three dealers within a 50 mile radius of Philadelphia that DO NOT/WILL NOT discount off of MSRP. Anyone know of any dealers that'll knock $1500 off or so a fully loaded Coupe? Help! Thanks.

NO. Trust me I researched the hell out it. They will only move a couple of hundred off of MSRP. Pay MSRP or go without the car. You can usually get them to throw in free window tint and a cup of that nasty, stale dealership coffee.
The sooner you get the idea that you are going to get a "good deal" on this car out of your head- the sooner you can get your *** in the seat an enjoy one".

Back in February, Melbourne (FL) Infiniti was allegedly selling the coupe for 500 off list. But you had to get on their wait-list like most everywhere. The Internet Sales Manager was Alan Bobst. Responded to my e-mails and seemed nice enough. Good luck!

Doubt if you will any dealer to sell less than MSRP. According to DFW at freshalloy the price of coupes are going up in 2004 (1500.00). If that is the case buy now and take advantage of a possible 1500.00 reduction in depreciation of a 2003.
You can buy now or pay later!

What about checking the trade-in value on your car now, and checking it with additional mileage(the mileage you would have accumulated by the time the 2K4 comes out). I priced my 2K SE Max and didn't find much difference. I have 74K on my car and plan to have close to 95-98K by December. The way I figure, if I can wait another 8-9 months, I can get a fully updated 2K4 G35 Coupe in December. 2K3's, no matter what desperate dealers tell you, will be worth approximately $3,500 less than the famous MSRP by then. If you can wait, like I can, it's a no-brainer. If you can't wait, and order, you'l still have a three-month wait on a car that will definitely be updated in a couple of months. Guess it boils down to how desperate you are, order now, suffer $$$$ in depreciation. I'm not saying that a 2K4 won't depreciate much, all that I'm saying is that 2K3 will be worth less.

Discounting? Heck, I'm lucky they're holding to MSRP! I've got mine on order in SoCal. Checked from SoCal to San Antonio and everything in between. No deals. Also, they just lost a dealer in Bev Hills of all places. Don't know if dealer had bad rep or bad sales, but it's gone as of this week. Ever heard of an Infiniti dealer going under?

Charles Barker Inifiniti in Va Beach, Va. offered me $1500 off when I was buying, But I bought at Infiniti of Raleigh (NC) and got the same amount off. Did not have to really try either.

I researched for a month in So Cal and also had a friend do so as well. I could not find anyone knocking even a few hundred off MSRP of a G35 Sports Coupe. On the other hand, I got quotes over the phone for 500 over invoice on sedans.
