Inch drop and negative camber

For those that have done just an inch drop what are you seeing without doing the front arms for negative camber? I have done both adjustable radius and toe arms in the rear and need to drop this thing as the new wheels make it look tarded! Just wondering if an inch in the front can be compensated for or if I need to do arms. Spent the last two weeks replacing every arm front and back. Unreal at 132k the entire suspension was totally shot. Drives like a new car but hating the new wheels and tires. I think dripping it would make me happy.

Well there is no front camber adjustment from the factory, only toe adjustment.
I believe that you should probably see about -1.5 degree's +/- a little.

Crazy there is no camber adjustment. Wasn't sure if just an inch would cause it to go out based on the design how much compensation the arms would make up. I'm use to European cars and have never seen a car like this without any camber adjustment. Only other car I know with as many control arms us Audi and they still provide some camber.

I dropped my coupe 1.1" and my front camber came out to -2.5L and -2.3R before I installed a camber kit up front.

I have Tein S-Techs, I never got a camber kit after the install. I wore through pair of front tires in 6k miles and rear tires in 10k miles. I now have from camber arms, rear arms, and rear toe kit. I also have brand new falken tires

so even with a .8 drop camber kit might be needed? front or rear?

^I think its all the alignment shop. When it comes to springs, some say they need the camber kits and some didn't. I needed the kit when I was on S-techs(1.2"/.9"), maybe I had a bad alignment.

Drop it, then find a shop that knows what they're doing and go from there.

No matter what shop you take it too no camber adjustment can be made in the front if you are stock a-arms...... I think I read that you get about .8 degrees negative for every inch you drop... Don't quote me on it... Toe alignment is very important but any one that knows how to correctly use an alignment machine should be able to set your toe in spec upfront

Man, reading the responses to the question makes me glad I spent the extra loot for the A arms. I feel like it's better to bite the bullet now instead of cheaping out and then having to buy new tires to go with new A arms in the not too distant future.

I have a buddy now who said that you can bring the toe in on these cars and it does push the camber out. I'm still going to buy arms but thought that was interesting. I've done some similar things with Porsches but we have lots of adjustment from the factory. Guess I need to buy springs and some arms.

Lol your buddy is hilarious .... So let's say he is correct and pulling your toe IN corrects your camber some degree.... Then you have your toe out of alignment and will cause wear of a different type.!!!!! Seriously that is not the correct way to align a vehicle

Good information to know on the G, I was about to drop 1" with just springs but I'll hold off in fear of wearing out new tires.
