You have to take off the door panel and go from the inside. It isn't too difficult. Just a couple of screws and clips to rake the door panel off far enough to get to the mirror screws. I just had to do it a few weeks ago.

 

if ur talking about jus the mirror u gotta angle the mirror up as high as possible.u should see a slot where u can stick a flat head screw in the slot and twist and itll snap off the clips
