Trunk leak!!

Re: Trunk leak!!
Must be a defective or dislodged rubber seal if it leaked while just sitting there. Dealer will replace.
Shouldn't be hard to track down the leak by checking for water droplets.
After you're done, make sure all the water is soaked up from the floor (under the spare).

Re: Trunk leak!!
That was my first and only serious problem with my 03 AT coupe.
It came from the passenger side, getting in about half way between the front and back opening of the trunk along the upper side. There is a seam of interior trim up there.
The dealer had it twice, said they never found a problem, and it never happened after that. I suspect they fixed whatever it was and just didn't want to admit to there being a problem. The dealer, Cerritos Infiniti, was, at the time, staffed by the shadiest crooks this side of a Cal Worthington. Happy to say that since then, they cleaned house and they have provided me top notch service.
