I would still be a bit uneasy. Only way to fix that is if the work receipts are from a reputable shop. You can have a fully built motor and a wack tune will cause major issues.

Yea. IF u buy that car then i think u can make quite a profit from all thse stuff. Also like Tian stated, if he has all the maintenance records to show you, then he should know what he's doing and you can feel better at purchasing the vehicle.

In the meantime while you're waiting, look for another one. That car is pretty cheap for that year and milage, so.... Work that owner's *** off until u get the truth out of him

Yeah I could definitely profit off of it. And I could possibly take it out myself as I did work with speakers, subs, etc in my altima. And it all worked perfectly and I took everything out I had when I sold it too. But I would have to look at the stuff closer to see if I could manage it. I'd have some help removing as well. But still, really need to figure out if everything is in good shape and put in well. And I'll ask about the receipts tomorrow

Yeah I plan on it. Definitely not trying to buy it and have to pay tons of money for it afterwards. We'll see how that goes

Have him take you around for a ride. And tell him to go WOT.

If he doesn't hesitate, keep an eye on boost gauge/wideband to see if anything is fishy.

AFR should stay under 15 preferably. Under WOT, it might drop down to 10-11 depending on the tune. It's always better to run rich, than to run lean.

Again, if he hesitates to push the car, walk away from it. Because then it's obviously he's hiding something.

That car stock with the milage would be a good deal for 13500. You know what they say about if it seems too good to be true... A setup like that (including the price he paid for the car) would cost about 30-40k. So why is he selling so cheap? I know for a fact that the body kit painted and installed would cost around $3000.
Anyhow, if everything is legit and you end up buying it, I'll buy the big brake kit from you if you decide to part it!!

"Custom Supercharged" scares me.

What's all that smoke that blows out at WOT?
uhh that's part of the custom tune.
ok how about that loud metal on metal sound and shaking it's doing now?
Also custom.

It has a Texas plate in the pics, no? Just wondering about that...

Usually mods on a car = accelerated depreciation in value. I would NEVER pay MORE for a car with mods. But, that is me.
