where to get touch up paint?

Hey guys I read different threads about touch up paint but still had a question! Would I be able to get touch up paint (Ax6) Laser red, at any other place except the dealerships and online? Like would home depot or lowes carry it?

not likely, i have searched at a few parts and home stores and i am having no luck, nissan colors are at the parts stores (checker/autozone) but thats it. online is your best bet for infiniti colors.

i see you live in bakersfield, is that the one in cali? if so i just drove through yesterday.

Try out Dr Colorchip. It works great for small blemishes and is available online only.

That's the point you have choices, either Infiniti/Nissan or on line with Dr.Colorchip especially if you have a bunch of small rock chips bumper/hood.

Just get Dr colorchip, works great and get the larger bottle. You'll notice more spots when your actually touching it up.

If you really want to get it locally. I checked the Duplicolor website. They have Ax6 and Duplicolor is carried in just about every auto parts store. In the south AutoZone or O'Reilleys. Don't know what you have in your area.

How do they match the OEM color? None of the Nissan/Infiniti dealerships in my area carry AX6/LR so I'm SOL, unless this doctor comes to the rescue.

Also is this similar to Langka? I used Langka before on my old Lexus SC but the results weren't what I hoped for.

Try to find it some place other than the stealership. People say they've gotten their for $10 or less. Dealership charged me over $20 for it while at the same time I left my car to go buy it they started examining it randomly and started listing "problems" or "future problems". Un****ing believable.
