There's two motors in there. Imagine the driver side?

You could probably shave 100# by getting "racing" seats. ugh, they wouldn't flow like OEM though.

You are right! The old part they left in my trunk was one piece (rails, motors, heaters, pad, leather and wiring.)

The drivers side has to weigh even more. Honestly, I would imagine replacing both seats would shave closer to 200lbs off the car.

Anyone know for sure?
