Angry $2980 Seat repair today!

So my passenger seat would slide forward and back and it would also recline back.... but not forward. The dealership said they had to replace the whole bottom part of the seat. The part was $2600 and labor was $380.

To make things worse, they gave me a 2010 G Sedan loaner... and it was way fkn faster than my 06 Coupe. It even had a back up camera that showed these cool lines as to where you will be going.

I asked to keep the "broken" part and sure as sht in my trunk was the huge lower part of my seat. I don't know what I am going to do with it but if anybody needs parts from it, just let me know.

My bad. I purchased an extended warranty. The deductible is $100 whenever I have to use it. If I did NOT have the warranty, I would have a mismatched passenger seat.

Those seats are nice. I don't care much for all the fancy buttons on my seat.

3K for the BOTTOM part of the seat. I am glad it was covered too.

FYI just that bottom part weighs a LOT. I would imagine replacing the two fronts would make a pretty good difference in the weight of the car. If it ever came down to it, I would have no problem putting in Nismo or other cool racing seats.
