Clutch question!

So, I'm fairly certain that my throw out bearing is going bad (Making Noise). I was thinking that instead of just replacing the bearing, maybe I should buy a clutch kit instead and replace everything. My car is a 2006, 62k miles, clutch seems to be slipping a bit. Any recommendations for a clutch kit that isn't overly expensive? Should I only replace the bearing? How much would a shop typically charge for this kind of work? Any thoughts?

Replace it all. I would just go with an OE clutch unless you need the extra clamping force of an aftermarket clutch.

My 06 has 58k and the orig clutch/throw out bearing have been making noise for years. I'd replace it if it was slipping, but not just to get rid of the noise.

is the noise chatter? and does it go away when you press down on the clutch? if so, that is normal and will not go away. Just want you to be sure before you fork out the money for parts and labor.

If you do need to replace it, it'll likely be noisier with an aftermarket clutch/flywheel combo, so i would run with an OEM set up again.
