The day has come...i must sale the g35. Help on price

Hey guys,

well its been a blast but I have to get something larger for my 7month old. It has proven too hard to lug her in and out of the carseat in the back.

with that, can someone help me one range or pricing? I am not in a hurry to sale and you guys know your prices pretty well.

2005 g35 coupe 6MT...all options except XM/SAT radio. navi, 19" sports, premi package(bose)
package. Athens blue, black leather with gray.
88,000 miles
new OEM clutch with Stillen flywheel
new ventus v12 tires
mobile 1 only, fresh change.
infiniti car cover, trunk mat.
tinted
Wolf tech air filter
all pretty clean car with minor wear and tear.

so the bad. last Oct someone pulled out infront of me...i came to a stop and barely clipped her. minimal damage but I did have it towed to make sure. The front bumper and brace was replaced and thats all. Shows up on the carfax. So now it just has a nice new shiny bumper without any rock chips. paint was done by the best in my city.

Now...how do i price my car? things i was considering is that it is high mileage, its a rare color for my city, its in good mechanical/physical condition,
but it has been touched in the front

Go to KBB.com and key in all the car info and it will give you the value of the car

KBB says 15,500 for the car.

Your location will affect resale value as well. Where are you?

Well based on the KBB for your car I would say pricing it around 15k obo would be your best bet. That way you don't get too many lowballers and you can still accept offers and see where the market is at right now. I don't think a minor accident like that should affect the value too significantly. GLWS tho!

You don't exactly need to compensate for the kind of damage you described; only if the damage was enough to total the vehicle would you need to reduce the price.

I'd list the car for $15,500 (full price because yours contains some mods), and tell prospective buyers that "OK I'm gonna be honest: yes, it was involved in an accident, but the damage was minimal, was replaced at XXX the best garage in OK City/Tulsa, and its been running with zero issues. The bumper is brand new with no rock chips or scrapes."

If they insist on knocking off a substantial amount of money (say, $1000) because of the accident, keep the car and move on to the next buyer. An Athens sample will eventually sell. In reality, any car will sell; it just depends on how reasonable your price is (in correlation to the condition of the car of course) and how patient you are.

GLWS!
