Falken 452 Tire Road Noise
Falken 452 Tire Road Noise
I bought new tires about 2 months ago and went with the Falken 452s, factory size front and back. The tires i had before were the Hancook which I liked the ride a lot and they lasted longer than other tires i've bought for this car. I heard read good reviews about these tires so I thought I'd give them a shot. I noticed there is more road noise but is more noticiable when I am brakeing at low speeds (20mph - 0mph). My brakes were replaced a last year and my other tires didn't do this. Is this normal for these tires? I haven't had an alignment, would that help?
Thanks for any feedback

If you haven't had an alignment in a while it might help but the main cause is probably the tread design. Some tires like entry level Falkens just make noise, you should have stuck with what works for ya....

I have the same problem with my Falken 452s with about 75% tread left.
The tires came with the aftermarket wheels I got and boy are they loud.
Esp when braking like u said.
I got an alignment about 2 months ago & it didn't help so I've chalked it up to tread design.
I'm suprised I haven't heard more people complain about these tires.
