how can i improve my g35's bad gas mileage???
You the one drunk here, I am never drunk, before you start throwing accusations I suggest look to the mirror!
Maybe you are not able to drive and know how to drive economically, that is you problem.
In that case learn to drive properly!

I'm drunk as fuuuuggg right now, but you're straight lying about 29 mpg unless you live a very flat state or everything is downhill. I am very experienced in hypermiling and have had much experience with multiple hybrids and I can get like 25mpg in the G if I drive like a b!tch, but that's it. No ones getting 29. Well, you may not be lying, but if you're not you don't know how to math.

Steady speed 60miles per hour, some overtakes, but still slowly, cruise control on , climate control off all the time. I specifiacally checked that i would not made any rapid overtakes. I think when use lightweight wheels with 15-16lbs, you can get even 30-32mpg.Gasoline I used is 98 octane
that is very common in Europe, equal USA is premium.I had all season tyres Dunlop Winter Sport 3D 225/50/18
My car mileage is 107000 miles. I cange oil every 6500 miles.full synthetic.OEM oil filter. Now I am using Liqui Moly 4200 TopTec engine oil. It costed about 60€ 5l=85USD. The engine uses some oil during 4000 miles maybe some 0.6-0.7L, it is not so much.

I filled my tank and reset my counter and got 2 7 MPG in my 06 G35 once. From Santa Barbara to da LBC. traffic was 55-60 the whole way there. Very awful drive. Like having an itch you can't scratch.
I live in Estonia, EU, and you are wright my country in very flat.Only one hill height only 318m.Around 250km from Tallinn (capital) to south. With 62L=16.3gal I am able to drive 500 miles.I drove flat surface from Tallinn-Estonia(EU) to Jelgava(40 km from Riga to south in Latvia) No hills.

I agree if you have 300hp under hood it is tempting to take off fast but I wanted to know how much I am able to get if i drive economically, so turns out it is possible.

I've had 3 sedans and 2 coupes.
03 G35 Sedan
04 G35 Sedan
06 G35 Sedan
03 Coupe
04 Coupe (current)
Out of all, the 06 sedan had the best gas mileage.
Overall, I feel that the coupe is heavier than the sedan, idk why. What you can do to help out your mpg is check your tire air pressure(don't run flat); try not to keep any CEL on(makes the engine run sluggish); Run synthetic oil(smoother operation); Get lighter wheels(19" Rays are not light IMO); Use 93 prem gas(engine performs better); Get a tune up (with good plugs, etc); Try and not run wide tires.
And please don't complain about mpg on a sports car, if you worried about it, just get yourself a riced out civic (all the sports car look, with no bang, and great mpg).
