As long as they keep makin rims i'll never get tired of my 03 6mt. Been paid off for years and no car right now is so hot that i want to get another car payment. I'm driving this one till the wheels fall off.
Or if i have to replace the engine again or transmission then maybe i'll sell it. But right now runs brand new as it should.

It's still a good looking car, most people think it's newer then it is. But.. it's cheaper to own one now, and they are starting to get modded badly.
I paid more for my used 2000 Integra back in 2003 or so, then a used 2003 G35 cost now. So.. in my mind, kids who save a bit of cash can get a g35 as their first car.

I think it happens when people start really distastefully mod alot of whatever car it may be. It also has alot to do with the lines of car, and production numbers.
I see the G series as the 911. They are doing more of evolutionary design than revolutionary (which is something a well proportioned design should do). So hopefully we can ward off the whole "played out" thing for a while. I love my car too much to let go yet.
