God the cup holders are awful! I drink alot of bottle water and they flop everywhere I drive! Nothing has yet to remotely fit in them yet most Toyotas have great cupholders!

Have a passenger pour beverage in your mouth as you drive. No need for cup holders. Problem solved.

The cup holders are indeed terrible, so many cans of Monster have been spilled in my passenger seat

Try the the rear ones? They seem better... in a coupe, anyway.

Gerry rigged cup holder

Hey guys..... So I am actually new here, just got my '05 Sedan a little less than a month ago, and love it. Cringe when filling up, but smile for the next 300 miles until the next refuel! As for the cup holders, my dad actually had a genius idea. We got a cheap plastic cup holder from pep boys I think it was 2 bucks, and was supposed to fit into the air filter. We cut all the junk off of it and kept just the part that surrounds the cup and holds it into place. Then used two way tape to attach it to the wall of the cup holder slot. It works perfect for almost any size bottle. No more spillage! Hope this helps guys!

You're a genius! That's a great idea... Might not be the cleanest thing, but functional

Hi Ceeeeege, Thanks, it was actually my Dad's idea. It actually works quite well because it is low enough where you can still close the cup holder tray if you are not using it.

Knightstiq.... I will post a pic soon!

I bought a large Slurpee today because it was hot but hadn't thought about where to put it in the car during my drive home. I set it on that middle section in the back seat which worked just fine until I had forgotten that it was there and decided to turn into my street a little too fast. It wasn't too bad of a mess, and the lid stayed on, I just have pink areas in my floor mat now.
