Coilovers or Wheels?! HELP!?!
I'm also in the same dilemma with my sedan, I'm dropped on H&R coupe springs.. don't know if I should get wheels or Tein coils. I also have spacers on my OEM wheels, so it looks decent for now.
always coils first i rather ride dumped on stocks 18s then ride high on 19/20's. btw dont get varrstoen for your first set of wheels do it right and get legit wheels. use varrstoen for winter setup. Vsxx or BBS LM!
Might as well get the most played out rims every right?
wheels are wheels.. doesn't matter if you spent $1200 on them, or if you spent $5000 on them. well the main difference is that if you have $5000, and you curb, bend or crack one, you will have to pay a crazy amount for a replacement or to get them fixed, meanwhile you can get a brand new rim if you don't get "legit" rims..
and you guys are missing the point that he already has a mild drop.. maybe he doesn't want to be dumped, maybe he just wants to eliminate the wheels gap that he had..
what makes a setup legit? is it that you had to wait 6 months for them to come from Japan? you had to sell your ***** to be able to afford them? you wound up getting the same rim as everyone else who ordered theirs from Japan (VSXX)?
