My Boss wants to race me in his CTS...
I've got the fastest car in my company, without even breaking out the Z06
My boss drives a new Accord Coupe V-6 auto, and the president has a Lexus SC430.

Now I have a AT '04 G35 Coupe... and we found a red light last night. I took him pretty easily, but now he's talking about how he needs to open up the engine and he's practicing his shifting... etc.
I just needs some ammo (other than the mini race that he was "unprepared" for) to combat that Cadillac stuff.
Thanks
Jae

no ammo needed, why dont you just keep smoking him until he runs out of excuses. the fragile ego can only take so many defeats =)
Let's run through the numbers, shall we?
Cadillac CTS:
255 HP @ 6200 RPM
252 TQ @ 3200 RPM
curb weight: 3509 lbs
G35C:
280 HP @ 6200 RPM
270 TQ @ 4800 RPM
curb weight: 3422 lbs (auto, I believe)
The G35C has more HP & TQ and weighs less. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell me that the G35C can easily take on the 3.6 CTS with no problems. Next time your boss asks to race, ask him how much of a "bonus" he'd be willing to pay out if you win. A raise would be nice too while you're at it. I'd put my money on the G any day....
