BEST Tire SET FOR 20''rims on a coupe

i want to buy some tires set for 20" rims i just purchased i live in Boston a lot of pot holes everywhere i really don't want to be changing tires all the time, not to thin and not too big to be dragging on my fenders ....
please any suggestions
i have 2003 g35 coupe

It really depends on the width and offset of the wheels you purchased.

255/35 front and 285/30 rear, they came with this tires but i think those numbers are too much for it they came out of lexus.

It doesn't matter what brand of tires you buy for your new 20" rims! Better is locate a wheel repair shop in Boston, wheel straightening runs $100+ per wheel...GFL Those tires should work if the rims have a moderate offset....mid 20s!

^^ thas your bolt pattern. You should calculate your offset and base your tire needs on that like Gary said earlier. You should've asked the person what offset they are that you bought it from. Or post some pics. Maybe that could help a little

I got 20x8.5 n 20x10. I run 245/35 and 295/30

Look up the manufactures specs or try this
http://www.ehow.com/how_5021837_calc...el-offset.html
to get the wheel offset.
You should be ok with the tires that are on there, but its really hard to say without knowing the offset.
The lower the offset the further out the wheel will sit and the less room you have for a wide tire.
