Selling BMW 335xi for G35c?
For what it's worth, I've been very happy with my G for the 6 months I've had it. No problems so far other than the transmission being replaced under warranty. Gas mileage isn't horrible depending on how you drive. Payments aren't too bad. It looks great. All I have to do is take care of her with regular maintenance. What more could you ask for?
It definitely was a lady attractor. But Im not the type of person to give in for girls just wanting me for my car. Not to mention I had a girlfriend all 4 years.
Like I said, there will be plenty more BMWs in my life. Its just right now, there are more important things to overcome.

^lol damn 4 years? wat a waste of ur high skoo years. also it depends how u play it. if ur jus getting used for ur ride and the girls not letting u ride then ur a sucka. but if u riding them too then its a fair exchange and thats where ud be pimping
Haha, yeah well it wasnt with the same girl all 4 years. But I am more of a classy guy, and dont waste time with trashbag ***** anyways. I know its just highschool but still...
I have had the car since 1k miles, and I now have 53k miles on it. So far its been a pretty solid car, but I dont beat the **** out of it either... I take care of my vehicles very seriously. Sounds like you either, had bad luck or just beat the crap out of your bimmer. Both turbos blew?... wtf do you just floor it everywhere you go?
Quite the opposite I warm it up and cool it down before I shut it off I drive that nice I use it as a commuter car. I was warned that the turbos are a very common by 2 of my buddies when I got the car one of which being a bmw tech. I doubt it was bad luck because the people in service told me there was a lot of problems with all the bmws except the 5 series for some reason. The X5 4.8 M sport I had also has a lot of problems I got tired of it and sold it after 8 months including the differential blowing on a brand new car and it burning oil from the showroom floor. According to bmw they don't consider it oil consumption issue unless it burns more than 12 liters between oil changes. It sounds like you have had good luck with yours I wish I could say the same but after hearing all the storys of blown tranis and 1600 dollar brake jobs I would never buy german again

With that said, do you enjoy your G? Are you glad you sold the BMW for Infiniti?
I had the G the whole time I had the 335 and then I bought the X5 for winter. But now the X5 is sold and the 335 is getting sold as well I don't know what will be replacing them. The G I love its my baby but a little bit pointless at this stage it just spins the tires everytime u look at the gas and except for the bose and the window motor I haven't really had any problems with it.

Thanks.
Built motor with a supercharger nos and meth injection all the supporting mods I could think of I think its in the signature. Waiting on a twin fuel pump I havent been able to push it past 16 psi yet the plan is somewhere between 20-25 we shall see how that goes
If you want something decently reliable in terms of engine, looks good and cheap to maintain and lower insurance.
i would trade in the 335i and get a g35. I mean there cheap to maintain in comparison to a mercedes or bmw.
I use to have a c32 amg and i miss that car everyday. I modded it to 450hp and it was my m3 killer. But i spent a small fortunte maintaining that car and i sold the mercedes so i can save money on not spending $1k a month to try to save for a condo.
The door actuators break and the bose radio goes out but can be fixed for $150. The door locks can be fixed for $30. The engine and transmission is pretty solid other then the oil consumption issues with rev up manuals. Just change your oil every 3k and you should be ok.
The first thing you'll notice is the huge lost in tq in terms of going from the 335i to g35, the hp is there but you'll miss the torquey german engine.
Save your cash, have fun in college and just buy a m3 when your done with school.
