Here are some quick pics of my car. i want some input if I should get the Strafespeed coupe trunk in carbon fiber or Fiberglass.

 

I would get fg and color match unless you are planning on doing more to match with the cf theme.

I personally don't like the CF look. That hood is FG with vents painted gloss black. Much cleaner look than CF IMO. The only piece I have that's CF is my diffuser, only because I got a nice deal for it. I was thinking about color matching it to the car or painting it black, but I'm letting it be for a while.

 

CF looks great on blue

 

We all do things our way, right or wrong! If your blue coupe were mine I'd go with the f/g lid painted body color and throw the grille in at the same time for paint. Resulting in a super clean look unlike some of the members rides that look like patch work quilts with all their different colors!

Fiberglass

 

I'm not a carbon fiber fan. Very few cars can pull it off without looking gaudy.

I would do FG. If you do CF, just leave the edge of the trunk taped off, so you can see a little weave. Subtle and classy.

If you can paint the caron trunk later, I would rock the carbon, if you get tired of it... just paint it!
