bieng that i have an auto with 95k, i planned on acutally doin a drain and fill...is this correct for me?!? Or should i do a flush?!?! sounds like i should just perform a drain and fill from this thread...what particular fluid or is any nissian dealership auto tranny fluid good?!?! Sorry to bug you nismo g, but seemed like you know what your talking bout..

AUTO=flush
MANUAL=drain and fill

Therefore you will do a flush, its better to let a mechanic do it with their machine. On manuals, its almost like changing your oil (drain the fluid out and fill with new fluid)

sorry for the late response, but matic S is what fluid you should be purchasing from the dealer. It is around 10-11 a quart. In all reality there isn't a huge difference between the drain + fill and a flush. Depends on your comfort level pretty much. If you aren't having any problems with your transmission then a drain + fill is going to be sufficient (6-7 quarts).
