a little off topic guys, but i have an 04 coupe as well, and im looking for a fog light bulb to match exactly with the stock headlight bulb...anyone have a matching bulb please let me know

I've always used Philips bulbs and never had a problem. You can get them for well under $100 a piece.

If you find one for a good price tell me. Whatever you do dont get it from ebay. I bought a "5000K" h4 light (fog) which should be pure white adn it was yellow/same as oem fog color.

this guy on here might have found a winner...the polarg bulb that he says hes using in his fogs are on sale on ebay for 50 bucks for the two bulbs, but the temperature is 4500k..i thought anything under 6000k has a yellow tint to it? im a little confused, but i want his exact set up with the bluish led in the clearance strip too!

The average service life of an HID lamp is 2000 hours, compared to between 450 and 1000 hours for a halogen lamp.[36]
I'd look for a root issue after you get a new set in. They shouldn't be burning out.
