Great choices but, a little wishful with the number. Rob is correct from all of the past posts I have been reading. If you were able to get above 320, I would be very surprised. (Pleasantly, that is.)

yeah.. maybe I was too optimistic.. but 310-320 HP is not bad I'd say...
with those mods, maybe the next time I see e46 m3, I can give them a good race.. haha..

That's being generous also, you can prob get over 300 but not over 310 crank with that, but those mods will def. change the whole car, get a plenum also and get the TS ecu last so you can have it flashed for all of your mods, and uhhh it might keep up with an e46 m3 MAYBE but def. wont beat one lol, thats coming from soemone who has both cars

Good choices for mods but iLLG35 is right. You will have a nice increase in power but not enough to beat an M3. Why not go FI? cost? That will beat an M3!

I dont want to go FI.. coz Idont want to take the risk of blown engine. So I'd rather have N/A mods.. improving the airflow.. that should be enough..

how loud is it going be?
by the way.. i have a question.. the stock ECU limit the car at 6800 RPM, they did that must be for a reason right? I mean, maybe reving the engine above 6800 will actually damage the engine. So my question is, when you install Technosquare ECU, will it damage the engine? coz with this ECU mods you can rev till 7100 RPM.

If he skips the popcharger and leaves in the stock airbox (and maybe adds the K&N pannel filter) he will keep several of the stock resonators that will quite his car down a good bit. Give me a few more months and I'll let you know what you can get from a combo that's pretty darn similar to that.

I dont think there is a need at all to rev higher then the 6800, it feels near redline the car loses power but it mostly works well with all of the mods together, i am really unsure though Only cars who really benefit from chips or ecu's are turbo'd cars, slap a chip on a twin turbo s4 and your pulling out 70 hp and 110 lb ft. of torque quoted from AWE tuning, that's ridiculous!
