Most power from N/A?
You would probably get a little bit more power than 320hp, If you get Intake, headers, exhaust, pulley, plenum, catz and a ts Reflash thats tuned for all the parts you have. Im thinking more towards 333 Hp at the crank. But this is if u get good brand parts thats known to give good gains. Nothing like borla headers which does absolutely nothing. I was thinking more like crawford cats, headers, plenum and like maybe stillen exhaust.

The highest measured HP i've seen from a NA VQ is from THX723 (Clint) 2004 6MT Sedan at just over 280 WHP on a Dynapac.
Supposedly dynapacs measure 15-20 HP higher than most dynos but that still puts it over 260 WHP. Even then it's the highest I've seen for a NA, non nitrous, VQ.
350Z, G35C or anything with a VQ engine. It can't be a bogus number either because it was measured on a dynoday along with several other G35 coups and sedans.

I was in mid 250's and 260 torque with my auto g!! Anyway do what you feel is good for you, you can do more research to go NA and rebuild the motor and bore it out for a bigger displacement which can give you near or more then FI gains with reliability or just go FI, i would def. rebuild some internals of going with a SC or TT kit just to be on the safe side, it will be cheaper and less time consuming then blowing your motor and having to go through so much BS!
I think you could probably go with new cams and then some bolt ons (full exhaust, intake, plenum, injectors, etc.) and spend a lot less than a stroker kit and gain at least as much power. Now, doing all that with the stroker kit would obviously be better. But without pulling the motor and rebuilding the short block you would save a lot of cash. I'm gonna take a shot here and say that you could probably add about 100hp with the mods I suggested above. Of course for even less money, you could put a 100shot of juice on it. But then you have some issues of knowing how to properly use it without killing the car or yourself.
BTW - It sounds as if you might need to do some reading (homework) from some books or magazines about engines and the varioius ways to increase their effeciency and performance. Its always better to have as much knowledge as possible to make the correct decision for YOU.

SVT2HOT - what was your bad experience with your eclipse? I have owned 3 and the last is our full out race car. Turbo charging is an incredible thing.
As far as turbo vs. SC there are benefits and drawbacks to each. One thing to remember about a turbo, is that the bigger the turbo, the longer you have to wait for it to spool up and start doing its job. A SC is belt/gear driven and so there is no lag time before it starts building boost. There is a mountain of information on these two subjects, as well as much information comparing the two. Read! Read! READ!!!
