In between the seat back and the seat bottom in the middle there should be a tab you can pull to lower the seat back.

Are you looking from the inside of the car? Go right to the center of the seat and reach around until you find the red pull cable. Originally Posted by saltyload

Ive had my car for over two years and never had my rear seat down because the button and the trunk pully never worked. Until today I read this post and found out about that red cable and was able to adjust the cables and now everything works perfect! thanks for the reponses to the OP.
