The whinning noise is my supercharger, but what is this?

Ok, update guys. (for anyone that has a simular sound)
I now think it's one or more stuck lifters. If you play my youtube clip and this one at the same time or go back and forth between them, they are the EXACT same sound and this mechanic resolved the issue with cleaning out the lifters and doing a motor flush.
My biggest question is: "Can I do a motor flush with say gumout safely on a VQ that has a Supercharger installed on it?" I don't se why not, but just making sure.
Please let me know what you guys think and thanks!

Well guys, I still haven't found the issue, but the car is still running and no change in performance or MPG or anything that I would suspect being something "major" as a thrown bearing, etc....
It must be either two things:
1.) An exhaust leak - I have noticed when I'm in the garage, with the windows down - first cranking her up and sitting for 20-30 seconds, that I smell more exhaust than I've ever smelled when doing this - so that to me is a sign that it could def be an exhaust leak up front (as maybe in the header seal, etc).
2.) A lazy or many lazy lifters....but who knows...

The VQ doesn't use lifters. So you can rule those out.
The best time to check for an exhaust leak is when the car is cold. Start it up, and put your hands over the exhaust manifolds. You'll have about 2-3 minutes where you can safely hold your hand above the exhaust manifolds and check for leaks before they'll be too hot to get your hand close enough.
Trust me, if you have an exhaust leak somewhere, you'll feel it the minute your hand gets near it.
