Hi All,

Tough decision to make.....

Option 1
MD TDXV2 Exhaust
Blox Titanium lug nuts
Uprev tune

Option 2
Kuruma Z front
Ings (or Impul) sides
Gialla grill

Can't do both right now unfortunately. All the above will be completed by 2012. Option 1 is probably $1000+ higher than Opt 2.

I'm leaning towards the Exhaust option because I already have HFC's, MD spacer, and intake, and could probably use the tune anyways.

What would you do?

Yea, option 1 is the best idea. You'll really appreciate how your '07 runs with the MD exhaust and Osiris tune. Save your $$ on the lugs, they won't look better or make your G any faster...honestly!

Gary,

Motordyne exhaust huh? Now you got me thinking. I was going to do the MD lower plenum and 5/16 spacer in March but now I may do the exhaust too.

Jiggy if you have an '06+ MT with the REVUP motor your choice of MotorDynes plenum 5/16" spacer is impossible to beat. Tony advertises that combination at 18+hp and likely more. (His words) Combine that with his exhaust and you'll have quite an exciting ride...

That would be an 05+ and he's also need the MREV2 to see gains. A spacer w/o the MREV2 on a rev-up produces almost no gains.

Yeah....I think I'm going to go for option 1. It's something I will be able to feel rather than just admire the bodykit when installed. Not to mention I already have some Mods in place and could benefit from the Osiris tune anyways.

Gary...... The Blox lugs would definately make the rims stand out bro. Faster...... no! But certainly eye-candy for any car. The Blox would compliment the look of the MD exhaust big time. I'm still having a hard time justifying the $325+ pricetag on lug nuts though. lol Yikes!!!

The place I'm going to that specializes in G's quoted me $595. Included is 3 switchable tunes, setting the shift points on the trans, and bumping up the fluid pressure in the system. They said it will make it shift more aggressively and I could expect to get 280-300whp after everything is said and done with the bolt-on's I'll have in place. The dude doing the tune has worked for Nissan for 15 years and apparently is "one of the best".

I don't know about the 300whp claims but I'll be very excitied if I could hit that mark after the tune. We'll see.

Tim...why would anyone want an '05 with their first gen poor quality headlights? Yea, sorry I forgot the MREV2 which is the only way to correct one of Nissans REVUP failures!

I have all the performance mods you listed, different brand exhaust...same idea though. IMO, car isn't a whole lot faster, especially considering the money to performance ratio. Honestly, I'm not sure I would spend the money on all the performance mods again if given the option, knowing what I actually gained from it.
