You can't compare......apples & oranges jones! I believe the issue here is the test pipes, resonated or not. Sell them to some unsuspecting member and buy yourself some ART pipes or BERK'S HFCs and use quality OE gaskets, that should lessen the rasp.

^ lol I agree, but still it seems that the E46 and G/Z have the most rasp of any 6 cylinder I've heard. Mind you I dont pay much mind to other 6's. So feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I was already wearing the flame suit and will remain to keep it on!

Ive had the MD TDXV2 exhaust and ART pipes for about 3 months now and put close to 5,000 miles on it and have quite a bit of rasp. Rasp without cats is inevitable it seems like.

I haven't seen for a very long time, although there have been circumstances where it should have been displayed...lmao Take your flame suit off unless it's something you normally wear this time of year. Ford recently claimed they're putting the highest HP rated motor ever in the new Mustang, can't believe it will be higher than the LS9...Gary

I hadn't heard that. I'm assuming you mean n/a? Wow that's a far stretch for Ford to say. Lol they did make the 4.6 V8 that made 310 hp HA!
