Angry Raining Bolts and Nuts!! / Car falling apart :(

So i have had this squeak AND rattle both around the rearview mirror/map light area, so today i started looking at it and noticed that my map light assembly was a little loose on one side, and when i hit next to it i could hear something actually rattling around or moving inside!!

So I decided to get it out, and i took out the light assembly because that looked easy

I still couldn't feel for anything loose, so i just pulled on the assembly a little and one clip came loose towards the windshield, so I just hit/tap near it and "bounced" these out :O..
Where did they come from? did they come from the sunroof?? is my sunroof going to fall off when i am driving?? I want to fix it but at the same time i don't want to take stuff apart unless i know exactly how to, the squeak was fixed by just snapping the map light assembly back by tapping on it firmly, its kind of like don't fix it if it aint broken but at the same time there are bolts coming out of my car randomly

any advice?

It could be part 91380E?, so uhh what exactly is the purpose of drain hose in that area?

sunroofs are never completely water tight, especially in hard downpours and car washes. The drain hoses channel any water that gets through down the pillars and out the bottom of the car. The nuts are part of your sunroof assembly. When you get time, take your headliner down and reinstall them with some locktite on all of them. Never heard of this happening but I guess if you have a loud system and they were removed in the past or never had thread lock on them this could happen.

anyone know where the water drains off too? maybe i'll just pour couple buckets off water over there and see if its working properly and look for drains, it is raining a lot today. so i'll see if there are leaks inside too.
