He's getting the same mpg as a hummer. It does matter what he does lol. Yes, mpg on g35's aren't good but when your getting almost half what other g owners are getting, that's a serious problem.

Agreed, my point was that the MPG over all is shitty. But correct his is way worse

There is an issue with some cars where the tank actually doesn't fill all the way. Mine occasionally will only fill half the tank and the pump refuses to pump any more as well as the light coming on when there is still 5-6 gal left in the tank, but it hasn't been a terrible hassle as it comes and goes. I don't know how relevant that info is if you have calculated your mpg. Sites like gasbuddy.com have a fuel logbook to track over time.
+1 for this method. Going by tank isn't accurate since some people fill when the light turns on or driving around past the light before they fill.

I average about 18-19city and 28mpg highway. Combined i average around 22-24mpg
