Boy does this suck. My father was backing up tonight and hit my car. He got the bumper and the driver side rear quarter panel. I have no clue on what it will cost to fix. Not to mention that I hope the body shop can match the red. What a disaster. I couldn't even hardly talk to him afterwards I was so mad..................

That sucks!!..sorry to hear that. Yeah, its hard when family is involved, its a differ story versus a stranger. Wells, hope they could match your red, but don't get mad at your dad forever over this...late.

dang, my dad did that to my old hobby car back in the days when I lived at home.
I was so damn pissed.... I think I know how you feel. sorry...!

Since your car is pretty new, the color should match pretty well...really depends
on the bodyshop though.

dad hit me
I am not mad at him anymore. My car is in the shop now, they said it will take about 7-8 days to fix. Has anyone had an experience with Sunrise in Houston? That is the body shop that Southwest Infiniti recommended. Let me know.

Don't worry, LR is a easy color to match. It's a solid color so they can dead cut the car and it will look great. That is, as long as the shop can get the orange peel to match up. I know for a fact that a GOOD BODY SHOP can make the LR look exactly like new...

Sh*t happens. A reputable body shop will have your car just like new. Laser red isn't that bad of a color either.
