2004 G35 6MT...low miles
27,250 miles on my 12 year old G35...runs like new.
|
2005 with 220k miles
Everything original (motor, timing chain, transmission) It's finally starting to leak oil from around the oil cooler on top of consuming oil, but I got something cool planned for it. |
170,000 miles on Rod Summers Boosted G35 Track Car.

91,000 on 07 (not 1st owner). I only drive around 5-6k/year on it so it's not going up fast. Time to change the tires and replace tire pressure sensor looks like, only issue.
This car so far has been easily the best car purchase I've made (history of about 8 used cars total). It looks and drives great, and got a really good deal on it. I had a guy do a full inspection on it before buying and it passed with high grading so bought with confidence. I wouldn't buy a used car any other way again. (Can't really trust myself). Only other cars I would have in mind on my "wish" list maybe a Maserati or Tesla, but for the money this car has far exceeded expectations. |
First time posting, however I recently bought my 04 g35 coupe at 27,000 miles. Single owner before me, garaged its whole life, immaculate condition. Car currently has 29,000 miles on it, and it is a blast.

Thought you were changing it up. Oh well, at least you enjoy it lol. |
^ I did change it up, but the 255 didn't stretch as much as we thought, so we didn't touch the camber much. I need a 235 in the back, that should fix it. I'm glad I can actually drive the car now though, beforehand it would rub over every single bump, now it doesn't and I am happy!

06 just ticked over 70,000km.

|
My 2004 coupe just hit 167K this month after sitting in the driveway for year. For fun, this photo was taken at 123456 miles in November of 2012.
https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/g35driv...f4c120c226.jpg November 11, 2012 - I hit 123456 miles on the G35. |
I currently have 189,000 on my 2007 G35, and it is still running strong. Change the oil every 5000 mile religiously, using full synthetic.
|
2006 G35 coupe, 6MT, original owner, 88,970mi.
|
I currently have a 04 with about 123000 miles on mine and its still running strong with no flaws and i'm in idaho and our winters are pretty rough on the cars.
|
Hey guys, got an 05 coupe black/beige with spoiler. Purchased it used with 75k miles on it

05 Lakeshore Grey REV Coupe with 199K and small change... Getting a (auto) coupe for the GF since she's fallen for mine...
|
|
07 G35 White 2 door 6 speed with 72K on it and I love it :)
|
04 silver 79k nice asf
|
silver 03 - 172,000 change oil every 2000 miles at this stage of the game and refused to ever run synthetic through her
old fashioned I guess but she is good to me |
Every 2000 really seems like overkill, unless you only put 2,000 miles on it every 6 months. The manual says 3,750, which is really 4k. With some synthetics you can go 10k, dyno oil can go for 5k.
I have to top mine off so often lately that I just change it every 8k or so just to change the filter, lol. |
Maybe overkill but I changed it religiously every 3K until she hit 150,000 miles then started changing more often as I drive HARD and she is getting up there (daily driver)
Only ever ran conventional 5-30 Castrol GTX As we speak I'm waiting for a tow truck - either the rear is blown or it is the driveshaft - she got me safe to work though (albeit slowly the last part of the drive) Wish her luck:) |
94,000 on my 2003 G35 Coupe.
|
Derek173 where'd you get the rear spoiler

Just sold my 2004 with 62K on the clock. She was a great car, and I'll miss her, but I'll comfort myself with my new ride ;-)

Just hit 102,000 (on my 04') and she pulls without any issue. Other than that, the only issue I get is the amount attention she attracts =P

Next mod will probably be powdercoating the wheels gloss black or satin black, and some Lux H8 angel eye upgrades. |
118,000 on my 2005 G35 coupe. It's fun and keeps the miles down on 15 Mustang GT.
