lower octane gas

So my brain froze and I put 1/2 tank of regular 87 octane gas. What's the best thing to do now? Just try using it all up until close to empty or fill up with premium and blend it?

no big loss. just fill up with premium and the old gas will get used up.

I agree, just top it off with premium and don't drive too aggressively. Refill at half tank with premium again.
Should be ok, and you may not notice anything at all

Thanks - I'll do that. You're right I drove around gently for 60 kms and didn't notice any difference.

For regular driving, you'll be OK. Just keep filling it with high octane, it will mix and raise it up until its completely gone. Just don't high rev it with the low stuff

Fill it up with the high octane stuff. Like the 101 or whatever.
