Can i run 255/45/18s on my stockers??

so ive pretty much been running 245/45s in the back and 245/40s in the front on the G for as long as i can remember. I need a new set so im thinking 255s in the back will give it a more aggressive look plus better traction. Is this recommended on a stock 81/2" tire(all four stockers are the same size i presume?) or is there going to be rubbing etc. Also just bought some 245/45 advans in the front but obviously unsure about the backs. i have my eyes set on some sexy dunlop sps(255/45/18). Please any comments would be appreciated

If you have coupe 19's you have an 8" wide wheel in front and an 8.5 out back. I would probably stick with the 245's all around.

I have pics posted some where for the G35 sedan using stock sport 18" with 255/45-18 on the rear and 245/45-18 in the front lowered on 350z/G35 Coupe springs. I love the ride since it is very nice blend between stiffness in the shocks and the chunky tire helping to absorb the bumps and dips. I love looking for potholes in the road or speed bumps and not having to worry about bottoming out or worse slowing down lolz...have fun ladies.

You can run 255/45 in the rear no problem but you will get the fat look.

what about 255/40/18?

Good....^....advice! I'm sure there are members here that have gone bigger but it's still not a great idea!

nm, coupe 18's are 8 inch all 4. Thought rears were wider.

275 in the rear is just way too much...

I am going to also say 245 all around. The flat look really doesn't look cool.
