Rear tire replacement

its about that time to replace the tires. Currently I have a 225/35 275/35 setup. I definitely want to go with a 255. but deciding on a 35 series or 30 series in the rear. Only rears are being replaced. Im running 20x9/11 right now.

Current:
Falken 452 225/35/20
V12 Ventus 275/35/20

Future Setup:
Falken 452 225/35/20
Falken 452 either 255/35 or 255/30

I'd like some input

P.S. sorry for the crappy iPhone pics. These are the only pics I have available at the moment.

My suggestion is to buy better tires than the crappy Falkens you want.

Amen....^....Any tire on the market is better than Falkens! If you want that beautiful OB coupe to handle better, you're going the wrong direction. The 275/35s are far better for your ride than 255/30s and when the fronts need replacing buy 245/35s, you'll be glad you did....Gary

well i came from nitto's. i like the 452 a little better. a lot less noisier. Im not really going towards hardcore performance. I, by no means, take this to track and rarely do spirited driving. And it's not the smartest thing for a junior in college to be blowing $$$ on top of the line rubber with a minimum wage job. As a future accountant I see that as a waste.

Why do you want to stretch a 255/30/20 tire on a 20x11 +15 offset?

Well I did it because I got spacers to clear my new brakes. I wouldn't have done it if my 275/30/20 tires didn't mangle my fenders when I was at a 0 offset.

Plus, I stretched a 245/35/20

I sure would not but a 255 on a 11 inch rim..

I have 245 on the front and 285 in the rear.. I also have 11's in the back. If you are looking for the stretch look put a 275 on the rear.. not much of a stretch, but would look better in my opinion.. also put a 30 in the rear
