Take the negative off the battery before you installed your z-tube. This would of avoid the CEL. Then do a ECU reset and idle re-learn like crazynuts16 said.

^ that reminds me. do not unplug your maf. Even if your battery is disconnected and you unplug maf, it will trigger CEL. If you really need to, just unbolt it and set it on a clean microfiber towel and cover it loosely.

Oh yea! Good call, almost forgot about it. I have to remove mine when i installed my rev-up air box and then re-installed it.
