Not sure what year your car is, but I bought mine from an Online OEM Nissan parts dealer. The pedals overlays from a Nissan 350Z fit just perfect on a G35. My car's an '04 and I bought the covers from an '04 Z. I think they were like $40 or so?
There are a million aftermarket pedal covers as well, if you opt to go that route.

I just bought mine from OC Infiniti last week for 90$ Foot rest pedal, brake pedal and gas pedal.
Was an easy install, just soak your one clip for gas pedal and break pedal in boiling soapy water, made install so much easier. All I used was a small flathead screwdriver as well to install the break pedal, it helped pull the last bit of the rubber around.
I used this guide to help me as I went, I suggest checking it out.

They come stock on the sport coupes I believe, my G has them stock. You can the stealership actually cheaper than online surprisingly is you only need the metal or rubber. My rubber was worn on my clutch and called Nissan and got a new pad for $13 (Infiniti wanted $34 for the same part) anyways yeah it was a bitch to get the metal off then back on over the new pad.

+1 on using heat when installing the new pedals. I used a heat gun to warm mine up so that they were very pliable before putting them on my car. If you don't do that, you'll probably be there all day fussing around with screwdrivers and trying to get them to go over your brake and clutch pedals. I think the gas pedal is just a clip on with a single screw holding it to the vehicle IIRC.
