the only draw back to the TansGo is violently quick shifting, you may not always want that. most people love it but i have seen a few post that it's just too much and feels like the car's breaking to them. 1pc drive-shaft is great, i don't have the aluminum z1 unit, i have the carbon one. haven't personally dyno'd mine since but there are many positive reviews for them all over the net, one on here even picked up like 30hp but he's SC'd. i have ZERO regrets on either mod.

^That 30hp gain wasn't solely from dropping a mere 16lbs. I still want to see a dyno run with that carbon fiber driveshaft on a N/A car on the same dyno/day.

If installed properly, the Transgo kit shouldn't have any draw backs. There's some good info here regarding the driveshafts: https://g35driver.com/forums/drivetr...riveshaft.html

oops, i was wrong...
Quote: Nice!!! PR-G!!! Do you think there will be a NA dyno within a week or two? So far the only dynos are on boosted cars.

The turbo G gained 20+hp only changing out the shaft. The car was baselined, shaft installed, and dynoed again in 2hrs same day.

Gzilla gained 60hp the only difference with his it wasn't same day don't know the correction factor and weather conditions.

Hills told me the correction factor was the same and almost no change in weather when they did the G35 since it's cold her

Yeah, the violent shifting should only occur when you really step on it. Otherwise, the car should feel like normal.

+1 I only feel the hard shifts when I step on it.
