what do you do first?

Coilovers/suspension/ect OR
exhaust/engine mods ?

want looks? go suspension.

want performance? engine mods.

If I were in your shoes, I'd go coilovers, engine mods, then exhaust. The stock exhaust sounds plenty nice already. So unless you're going the performance route, I would go with visuals first.

I'd do power first then suspension. Coming from a 4th gen Nissan Maxima, the wheel gap stock on the G is more than acceptable, plus the stock suspension does allow the car to handle quite well out of the box.

MD 5/16" would be the #1 mod and #2 would be an intake of some sort. Only reason I didn't get the MD spacer first is because I needed to save my pennies to get the ball rolling on my F14's since they take so long to make.

I did ztube/K&N , then exhaust , then front and rear sway bars, then lowering springs, then camber kit, then HFC, then new exhaust, then art pipes, and NOW coil overs.

If i could do it again, I'd get my coil overs before my first exhaust. The amount of fun you get from having an amazing suspension setup is much more than the exhaust IMO. But you have to remember that when you get coils, you should get adjustable end links. I'd also highly recommend a camber kit.

But now that i've been through it, suspension mods > engine mods.

but everyone is different.
