Hey just wanted to know anybody thats had there cd changer error,how long did it take for you to get your cd's back. Thanks

 

I did take it to the dealership and that is what im asking,how long does it take to get your cd's back from infiniti.They swapped my changer on Dec.17 which btw was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership.I posted about that after it happened.

 

I had 6 CD's in my changer when the error occured and have never got them back. Its been about a year.

 

When I took it to the dealership they said they will mail them to me when they remove it.

 

I also had 6 cd's in my changer and the dealership told me it would only take about a week.I understand with the holidays things slow down but this is really getting old.Anybody with answers please post.

 

Had to have my head unit replaced a year ago and it took something like 4-5 months before I got them back. The dealership said they would call me when they received them. Of course this never happened and I had to keep calling until one day, finally one of the service reps took a look for me in their storage area and found them sitting there mixed with a bunch other people's CD's.

 

Thanks for your help.Monday morning I plan on calling until I get my music.
