Exoticspeed R1-T w/ Y-Pipe, Plenum Spacer, Tune

Finally got the Y-Pipe for my Exoticspeed R1-T that was installed last month. Went up to CIN Motorsports for the install, along with an Iso-Thermal Plenum Spacer and a Tune.

2004 Coupe 5AT. Baseline with the Exoticspeed exhaust without the Y-Pipe and R2C intake was 224whp and 209 ft-lbs. After the parts installs and tune the number came out to 244 whp and 236 ft-lbs. Ben tried more aggressive timing but the stock cats weren't able to keep up.

The baseline AFR was all over the place but is now really smooth. Car pulls much harder on the low end and keeps pulling hard and smooth until redline. Shifts are a little crisper also.

Overall I'm extremely happy with the car right now.

Always feels good to add mods, Hp/Tq and get better driveability doesn't it. Love your choice of intakes, we also have the R2C that the G has been running with for over 7 years. Best intake for the G IMHO but sadly it's almost impossible to find new these days. I've spoken with 2 vendors here about the issue and they both quit carrying them because they got too much BS from R2C about having them available. The R2C website still lists them but show they are unavailable last time I checked a month or so ago.

When and where did you buy yours?

Decent results after tune, sounds good! Had you installed Fast Intention high flow cats you could have easily hit 250 whp and more torque!

Too bad you didn't get a 3.5" or 4" intake from admin tuning or limp mode. Much more power and better power band.

I could have hit 250 in mine if they didn't leave the a/c on...and it being nearly 90 degrees. They said to bring it back in the winter to get my hero numbers. However, the gains were similar to the OP's (19 hp/22 lb-ft) and drive-ability vastly improved.
