Does a Z-tube make much difference w/o pop charger?

Z tube w/ rev up airbox and amsoil drop in. Sounds a little louder above 2.5k.

I think it's more noise than anything else.
I have an AEM intake & plenum spacer installed. The car sounds awesome, didn't see any performance gain.

As for the relearn, I did it few times. It wasn't too bad. Just start the timer on your phone and watch the seconds.

Alternatives are Stillens CAI which is made of plastic composite or like I advised, an aftermarket drop in filter like AMSOIL or K&N....Gary
What do you think of the AEM intake? My car came with one
It goes all the way down under the headlight

intakes on our cars almost always do nothing if not a loss of power. best thing is just the drop in filter. lots of people are in love with the revup air box but i havent heard too much either way

what i did was took a rubber hose where the inner hole (gas lines will work) as big as the AC line and sliced it down the length of the tube and used that to wrap around the ac line where it touches the intake.

I recommend the Berk suction tube rather then the z-tube.
