Chalk it up as a loss dude, should have got delivery confirmation... It sucks, but you will know for next time...

There's taught experience, and bought experience... You just bought some.

I think the main point you are missing is that he ordered a product and never received it. In this means of shipping (and if he's being honest) he doesn't own or have any liability of thr product until it reaches him. So as long as it never reached him he never got what he paid for and that is why he filed the dispute.

Now if he's lieing that's just messed up.

Lesson learned always get at least delivery conformation.

i understand and im jus sharing my experience but i think they told u the wrong info. i jus sent out 2 parcel post packages both with delivery confirm and both scanned showing it was processed at the facility. ive never sent or had anything sent to me parcel that wasnt scanned but they all had track info so i guess if the sender opts to not add tracking then usps may not scan it?

I'm nearly positive...
g35sweetness is the guy that was "building his own ART Pipes" which he called rat pipes. He claim that by welding on a couple little square chambers to them he was getting tons of power. He got shot down when he proposed doing a group buy on the forum.

He was asked for dyno sheets time and time again and was never able to provide any substantiated evidence that his version made any more power than a normal set of test pipes, let alone the power of the real ART pipes.

He never actually scammed anyone on a single product (aside from the loose attempt at ripping off motor dyne's product). He was just an idiot dreamer thinking he was doing actual r&d that was netting him huge gains without a single shred of proof.

The dude you're thinking about was selling ART pipes that he ripped off from Tony... and in addition had a few individuals never receive their pipes through UPS or FEDEX, and when asked for the tracking number he couldn't provide one and went so far as to say the parts were probably lost on the truck... twice in one week.

His name was Yungthrowed, and he subsequently came back under one other name with one last set of pipes that made their way onto my350z after a guy bought them off craigslist.

Both his accounts were perma-banned.

EDIT: One of his other names was vqdrifternm

From: Lakewood, WA.. its temporary
As a seller I just shipped someone a radiator cap. I didn't insure it or get tracking. It arrived empty. The buyer sent me a pic of the empty box with the USPS sticker showing it was delivered open and empty. With no questions asked I put another one in the mail the next day. That was my fault as the seller and there was no other way to handle it IMO.

i am a whistle blower too... i have reported several members on this forum who for different reasons... some of the classified ads involved selling the same item to more than one members including me... some members had multiple accounts... etc...

anyway, i buy a lot of stuff on this forum and will continue to do so... i got misled a few times and had to suck it up...

i have friends who buy and sell here too so don't get me pulled into stuff that doesn't involve me...

If you shipped it USPS...it could be very well lost...USPS lost a sway bar I bought and it tOok them two weeks to find it. I never send parcels USPS only letters. I ship everything ups or FedEx when it comes to parcels.

File a insurance claim on the shipment. USPS well eventually find it if you file.

Oh, come on. You would be doing the same exact thing if you were in his shoes.

Say you order an item from a website, and never receive it. You know just as well, you would be hitting that site up for a refund or a re-shipment... Guess what, you're the site in this situation. As the seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the item makes it to the buyer.

It's very shitty, but as others have said, mandate a signature or something, sorry.

people keep giving their negative opinions.
i keep not listening.
i don't care about technicalities.
i sent the item and they did/will deliver it, because that's their job.
packages don't get lost or stolen as often as everyone is saying because if that were the case a lot more mailmen would be getting fired and there would be a huge news story about how we can't trust our own American service blah blah blah .
again , f the noise , i want my money already.
since I've emailed g35sweetness 3 times already with no response(sketchy) since you chimed in here why don't you look at this post and give me the money back already so i can take care of things i have to take care of . its not like you can't re open it because you definitely can . all i am asking is , if the cats are just slow to get there , close the dispute just so i can pay my monthlys and not get in trouble and then if a week passes and they've still not arrived you can open the dispute again and my balance will go negative again , I've done it before myself .
