Sorry of this was already asked, didn't see anything about it but my Hi/Low beams are HID's already if I want to make my fog lights HID's also I would need another ballast correct?

Why put HIDs in your fogs and lose your high beams?

Unless you're not planning on driving out of the city...

^ I was thinking the same thing??

Another thing bro, are you still running stock HID bulbs? If you are, then you're going to be running two different kelvin colors...

All I did was upgrade my D2S's to some Cool Blue Intense bulbs (

)... I totally love them and they are perfect for out of city driving and city night driving...

Well thats just my opinion....

If anyone is wanting 4300k HID color-matched, or to switch to 3000k in their fogs, Luminics makes halogen bulbs that will do both:

I'm currently running the 3000k Luminics bulbs, and couldn't be happier with the way they look at night.

I also bought a set of the 4300k-color halogen bulbs for our Frontier. They look great, and light output is noticeably better.

^im thinking some folks getting confused with the 03 headlights

to answer ops question yes you would need to get a h1 hid kit which comes with ballast. great thing is theyre cheap and easy to do

Oh. Oops. Sorry.

I'd just woken up when I posted. For some reason I overlooked the "'07" part.

but for the 03 headlights i guess folks could install the bixenon hid kits so they dont lose the high beams but idk how well those work.

They make HID kits with a separate halogen bulb for high beams, but I don't know what the reliability is like. I'm sure it also takes a ton of snipping and rigging to get it to work...I'll just stick to my Luminics until I save up for a retrofit or a set of 1.5gen headlights.

^actually those with the seperate bulbs are not actually to be used as high beams. only used to pass inspection per the disclaimers ive read regarding those kits
