Does anyone know who's car is in the above pic, or does anyone have a Momo Pit Stop ebrake handle installed in their ride?

If so, what adapter is needed and for the matching e-boot, which version do I need? Any other modifications needed?

EDIT: Just searched a bit more and found out I need the A2 adapter... if anyone knows what version of the E-boot I would need that would be great.
