2006 g35 coupe automatic transmission no lag!
All or almost all g35s have that shift lag when you use the triptronic shift on the automatic transmissions. Well i installed a d5100r xs power battery. Ran dual 0 gauge wire for negative and the shift lag is GONE shifts fast and quick. I am going to upgrade the alternator wire to 0 gauge also. I had my 2000rms system at full tilt and the tranny shiftes with no problems. Just trying help out some people. Heres a pic of the battery.

No idea. I heard the redtops now suck. Redtops retail around 160-200$ i believe. I bought this battery for 250 off of crutchfield. You need the xs power d5100R version. Make sure its the R version. R= reversed polarity. So these battery can work with our cars without modifying the terminals.

Maybe first try replacing the ground wire with 0gauge. When i took off the original ground there was paint underneath it. Maybe that explains why people say to replace the ground wire

Also CCA wire is copper cladded aluminim. Its not PURe copper. So its not as good as pure copper wire. But it is cheaper.
